Foam Packaging material helps us to provide the best
protection for your product. Even though this system may be more
expensive than conventional bubble wrap and "packing peanuts,"
the superior protection is well worth the extra cost. |

Can I return an item that I do not want? |

We only accept returns on Ebay items that are not as they were described
(i.e. wrong item shipped, or defective items). See our Guarantee
Information for more information on returning defective products.
For our retail customers, we accept returns for exchange. |

Where do you get the items you sell? |

GO Surplus is a "for commission" surplus inventory liquidation
facility. Most of the items we process inventory are from Government and Corporate
Surplus, as well as for Asset Management Companies

Yes, in addition to our commissioned surplus inventory sales services,
we often purchase used computer/electronics equipment for
refurbishing or recycling. |

Will you buy my used computer equipment? |

We process bulk quantities of used equipment and do not normally
purchase small quantities of equipment. However, we occasionally accept
an individual's components and equipment, which we will apply as a deduction
to an order in our retail
store. We will liquidate larger quantities of items for a

Where are you located? |

We are located in North Eastern Ohio, about half way between Youngstown
and Akron/Canton. Which means that we are about 1½ hours Southeast of
Cleveland, OH and about 1 hour west of Pittsburgh PA. We are on

When we receive equipment, our technicians test and research most items. Some items are repaired, or built (like computers and
laptops), some are sold on Ebay, others are sold in our stores (web and
retail), large quantities/lots of one type item (i.e. printers and
monitors) are grouped and sold to other companies, and yet other items
are dismantled; separating the metals, plastics and circuit boards so
that the "scrap" material can be recycled. |

Do you only sell used equipment? |

No, we also sell NEW equipment. Although we deal primarily in used
equipment, we have several suppliers for NEW and Remanufactured
computers, test/medical equipment, industrial equipment, and software. |

Do you sell any "Name Brand" New equipment? |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Yes. We sell all major name brand computers and consumer
electronics. With new computers and laptops, we primarily sell  ULTRA-PC®
brand computers, but we also deal with Toshiba, Acer, DELL, Compaq/HP,
GE/RCA, SONY, Pioneer, and many others. |
